What we can show
The product: team management powered by Grok Bot, from org chart to work chart.
The constraints: no logins, and curated seats only. There is no public "add any bot" button.
The demo screens are mockups from our design work. The images are on X (see below); this page stays in text.
What "first demo" means
We can walk a seed team without anyone creating an account:
SEED TEAM (demo home)
│
├── ORG → who owns authority
└── WORK → how work moves
│
├── seats (curated bots)
│ └── Add to Grok Bot
└── intake chips (optional)
└── temporary / contingency path (tease)
The screens in the demo:
- The demo home, with the Org | Work toggle
- The org chart
- The work chart
- A seat detail with Add to Grok Bot
- The intake path
The story in one pass
- Open the seed team. No login.
- Toggle Org vs Work: authority vs jobs to be done.
- Open a curated seat and connect it in Grok Bot.
- Optionally, start from a trigger (Milestone 5), so work isn't only a neat plan.
The full architecture diagram stays off the build-up posts. It is held for a later, deeper demo at the Grok Bot Alicante Meetup on November 7, 2026.
Not a bot directory
BotsEverywhere is a team tool: seats on a work chart, humans on the approve, and a deep link into Grok Bot.
Where this sits in the series
| Milestone | What it covered |
|---|---|
| 1 | The operating loop: Research, Writing and site publishing |
| 2 | The work chart vs org chart thesis |
| 3 | Design and overview |
| 4 | Intake-first structure, not static CEO lanes |
| 5 | Triggers and contingency workstreams |
| 6 | The first demoable UI, as mockups |
