Milestone 3: Design & overview

The MVP path is locked and the look now matches it: one wordmark, one robot-tree mark, one gradient, and a live announcement page at botseverywhere.ai.

Context

Cool products need cool design. Once the MVP path for the November 7 demo at the Grok Bot Alicante Meetup was clear, we locked a look that matches the idea. The MVP is work-chart staffing for lean teams, not a bot directory.

This milestone is about design and overview. What you see is what the product is about: bots connected like a small org, with humans still in the loop.

What shipped visually

  • Wordmark: BotsEverywhere, one word.
  • Mark: a multi-node robot tree. We use the approved artwork only and never redraw it.
  • Headline: "Bots for Productivity." on the first line and "Leaner & Faster Teams." on the second, where the color runs purple, then blue, then teal.
  • Support line: "Automate work. Amplify people."
  • Announcement page: a simple, centered page with no menu, live at botseverywhere.ai. It shows the "Grok Bot Alicante · November 07, 2026" pill and a "Learn more" link to the SpaceXAI Ambassador page on this site.
BotsEverywhere share card: the robot-tree logo, the headline "Bots for Productivity. Leaner & Faster Teams." and the line "Automate work. Amplify people."
The share card for botseverywhere.ai, the same look as the announcement page.

Why this design fits the MVP

Milestone 1 was the operating model: bots training, specialist seats, and the Writing and Claude loop. Milestone 2 was the product thesis: a work chart instead of an org chart, bots that staff the seats, humans who approve.

Milestone 3 makes that visible: one mark, one gradient, one clear promise.

The same structure in plain words:

  • Old work: gather → interpret → hand off → escalate → status
  • New work: sense → interpret → decide → execute → document → communicate, with humans on the approve gate

We don't invent metrics, and there is no partnership with Deloitte. The work-chart idea is inspired by their article, nothing more. We just make the lean-team story look as sharp as it sounds.

The look in brief

  • Gradient: purple #7C3AED, then blue #3B82F6, then teal #14B8A6, used on key phrases and primary buttons.
  • Text and surfaces: near-black navy #0B1220 for text, white cards on light gray #F3F4F6, and mint #A7F3D0 as the soft accent.
  • Type: Inter.
  • Mark: the three connected bots that also appear in the share card above.
The BotsEverywhere mark: three small bots in purple, blue and teal connected by a branching line.
The BotsEverywhere mark, the approved artwork.

Voice

Warm. Direct. Concrete. Bots staff the seats. You keep the approve.

In public posts we say "design" and "overview" and skip the heavy branding talk.

What's next

Product UI below the fold and demo seats under the same design system.
