Context
After standing up the Research, Writing and site-publish pipeline (Milestone 1), the product question for botseverywhere.ai sharpened: what is it for on November 7, 2026, at the Grok Bot Alicante Meetup? The project is in development, and its announcement page is now live at botseverywhere.ai (see Milestone 3).
The answer is not a pile of random personal bots. It is a business tool for leaner, faster teams: founders, startup operators and project managers who need coordination without adding management layers.
External frame: Deloitte
We built on Deloitte's article “The work chart vs. org chart: AI-driven organizational delayering and cross-functional role fusion” (Vivek Kulkarni, Maya Bodan and Jamie Kilgour, Deloitte US, June 16, 2026). It argues that AI shrinks the classic reason for middle layers: the coordination and synthesis work of gathering information, interpreting it and reporting status.
The ideas from the article that we are adapting:
- Work chart versus org chart. Map the tasks and processes that get work done, not only who reports to whom.
- Role fusion. Combine adjacent responsibilities under one outcome owner, so there are fewer handoffs, with AI absorbing routine coordination.
- Fused build, separated approve. AI speeds up preparation and first-pass work; approval boundaries stay explicit and human.
- Managers as orchestrators. Less status synthesis, more orchestration and coaching of AI-augmented teams.
- Measure outcomes. Decision latency, cycle time, rework and exceptions, quality risk signals, not flatter charts for their own sake.
Our own framing of the work loop is: sense → interpret → decide → execute → document → communicate. Agents run most of that loop; humans keep the approve gate.
Classic organization-chart templates (boxes and reporting lines people already understand) are the visual language. We treat those boxes as staffable seats that purpose-built bots can fill, behind a human approval gate.
Product thesis
botseverywhere.ai is a structured way to create and staff organizational bots aligned to productivity.
- Unit of design: a seat on a work chart, with a purpose, an owned loop, inputs, outputs, integrations and approval rules.
- Buyer: startups and existing organizations and project managers who want leaner teams, not hobbyist prompt collectors.
- Runtime: Grok Bot (and related agents) as the workers; humans keep judgment and exceptions.
- Pitch: hire coordination with bots; keep decisions with people.
The demo shape
Hero
An org chart for bots and a work chart for humans, with a call to action to staff a seed team or browse seats.
Centerpiece: an interactive work chart
An example Seed Launch Team template:
[ Founder / PM (human) ]
|
+---------------------+---------------------+
| | |
[ Research ] [ Writing / X ] [ Site Publish ]
| | |
[ CRM Scout ] [ Support Desk ] [ Demo Builder ]
Directory as a staffing UI
Browse seats with the columns managers care about: Seat, Purpose, Loop, Approvals, Integrations, Staff status, and Add or Copy playbook.
Seat card fields
- Purpose
- Owned loop
- Inputs and outputs
- Guardrails (draft-first, no silent spend)
- How to staff it: template install, prompt playbook, or human-owned
- Related seats on the chart
Seed template for demo day
Botseverywhere Seed Launch Team: Research Hub, Writing/X, Site Publish, CRM Scout and Demo Builder. The first three already run in Miguel's own publishing pipeline.
What we are not optimizing for (yet)
- Competing on "most bots" or vanity counts.
- Unstructured personal novelty bots as the main surface (possibly a later tab).
- Auto-posting or unsupervised spend. Approval stays human where it counts.
Link to Milestone 1
Milestone 1 proved the operating split: the research bot drafts, Claude publishes, the Writing bot owns X. Milestone 2 names the product. That split is a miniature work chart, and botseverywhere generalizes it into templates that organizations can staff.
What's next
- Finalize the seat schema (YAML or JSON) for templates.
- Export the Research and Writing bots as shareable Grok Bot templates, ready to staff in one click.
- Decide which seed seats are live and which are placeholders for November 7.
- The design and the announcement page are covered in Milestone 3: Design & overview.
